How long is the production and shipping time?
Production takes about 2–5 business days. After that, your order will be shipped according to the selected shipping method.
Shipping times vary by destination:
- U.S.: 2-7 business days
- Canada: 5-14 business days
- Other countries: 7-14 business days
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor its progress.
How do I change my address?
The customer must inform us within 12 hours to change or modify the address. Otherwise, you have to pay the shipping fee if the items are returned to us.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. After that, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.
What if my product is damaged or misprinted?
We’re so sorry! Please email us at support@aureprintstudio.com with a photo of the item and your order details. We’ll replace it at no extra cost.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because all items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
